He is survived by: his wife Mary Perkins; his sons, William Perkins (Shelly), Charles Perkins II and Robert Perkins; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Lindsay Perkins, Matthew, Marie Perkins, Magen, Cody Lay, Charles Perkins III, Mashell, Joshua Price and Tyler Perkins.
