With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cecelia Sue Marlow of Jacksboro, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 2, 2025 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rookard and Nila Morris; her husband Leonard Marlow; her son Roger Dale Marlow; her brothers, Wayne and Bill Rookard; and her grandson Eli Ayers.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Marlow, Boyd Marlow, Lisa Hale and Leslie Richardson; her siblings, Eddison Rookard, Shirley Johnson, Lena Teague and Karla Prewitt; and her grandchildren, Savannah Berry, Katie Morris, Greg Marlow, Roger Dale Marlow, Robert Marlow, Jessica Marlow, Jeremy Marlow, William Bailey Marlow, Christopher Leavitt, Kevin Leavitt, Hannah White, Ashley Green and Emma Ayers. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
