He is survived by: his mother Martha Evelyn Lindsay Swafford; his wife Wilma Swafford of Jacksboro; his daughters, Katie Swafford of Jacksboro and Cassie Johnson (Cody) of Jacksboro; his siblings, Scott Swafford (Tammy) of Jacksboro, Donna Thomas (Larry) of Louisiana and Sandra McGill (Randy) of Jacksboro; and his granddaughter Haley Johnson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
