She was predeceased by: her parents, David Ward and Alice Green Ward. She is survived by: her children, Mark Daugherty (Jennifer), Amanda Hughes and Emily Ward; and her siblings, Marsha Wilson and Kenneth Ward.

In lieu of flowers the Family requests memorials be made to Campbell County Cancer Association, P. O. Box 122, Jacksboro, TN 37757.
