He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Tommy, Bertha Guy and Duane Mullins; and his cousin Johnathon Brandenburg. He is survived by: his parents, Danny Mullins and Gracie Diane Guy Mullins; his sister Krystal Mullins Burkhart (William); his nieces and nephews, Madden and Tenley Burkhart; and his grandmother Patsy Mullins. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and many friends.
