He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Sullivan and Edna Sullivan (Whiles); his granddaughter Jennifer McGowen; and his brother Don Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Betty Parker Sullivan of Jacksboro; his children, Mike Morgan of Jacksboro, Lisa McGowen of Jacksboro and Rhonda Leisten of Easley, SC; and his brother Jerry Sullivan of Kansas. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
