It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Marie Carter of Jacksboro, Tennessee, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on January 3, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Oscar Kundinger; her son Jeff Carter; and her siblings, Harry, Kerwin Kundinger and Gerry Tucker.
She is survived by: her husband John Carter of Jacksboro; her children, Chris Carter of Byron, Michigan and Laurie Carter of Jacksboro; her grandchildren, Shannyn, Jenna, John, Christopher and Danielle; and her great grandchild Evie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and host of other relatives and friends.
