He was predeceased by: his daughter Lisa Michelle Holloway; his parents, Thomas Chadwell and Johnnie Petitt (Spitzer); his stepfather Carl Petitt; his brothers, Freeman, Leonard, Glenn and Thomas Chadwell; and his son-in-law Glenn Luna.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Chadwell (Tonya), Sondra Luna of Jacksboro and Jennifer Banks (Frankie) of Jacksboro; his siblings, Paul Chadwell (Pauletta) of Knoxville, Ralph Chadwell (Joy) of North Carolina, Gary Chadwell (Lavada) of LaFollette and Freda Hendon (Bill) of Alabama; and his stepbrother Russell Petitt (Chris) of LaFollette. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and relatives.
