She was predeceased by: her mother Audry Isabell Crittenden; and her grandparents, Betty, William Boyd Morton and Gracie Johnson. She is survived by: her father Doug Johnson; her daughters, Dana Arnold and Faith Rich; her siblings, Derrick Johnson (Shannon), James Douglas Johnson (Lisa Pierce), Chris West (Elizabeth), Christy Estes and Jamie Simpson (Jason); and her boyfriend Jamie Stults. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
