He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Edwin McNabb and Grace Jackson McNabb; and his brother-in-law Haville Himes. He is survived by: his close friend Melissa Bates of Iron City; his children, Jonathan McNabb of Mt. Pleasant and Jessica McNabb of Mt. Pleasant; his stepsons, Blaine Bates of Loretto and Alex Bates (Stacey) of Iron City; and his siblings, Charlotte Himes of Hampshire, Edwin McNabb (Patty) of Leoma and Connie Hanson (Randy) of Lewisburg. He is also survived by six grandsons, three granddaughters, and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
