He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. Hensley and Velma Hensley Viscek. He is survived by: his wife Judith Evelyn Moore (Judy); his sons, David (Holly) of Waynesboro, TN, Jeremy (Stacy) of Milan, TN and James (Reesa) of Arab, AL; his brother Jerry Hensley of Bremen, IN; and his grandchildren, Corey, Audrey, Kyle, Grant, Gray, Allie, Jamie and Jensenrose.
