She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy Pennington; her granddaughter Kaleigh Pennington; and her parents, Marvin Phillips and Lillie Russ Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Pennington (Wendy), Kerry Pennington Kimmel (Dwane) and Kathy Pennington; her grandchildren, Kyle Atwell, Victoria Atwell, Kenslee Pennington, Kade Pennington, Briar Inman and Scarlett Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Louise and Jetson Johnson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Loretto Memorial Chapel (110 N Military St, Loretto, TN 38469). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
