He was predeceased by: his wife Della Mae Richter; his parents, Oscar Richter and Emma Richter; and his siblings, Polly Richter, Lorene Buttrum, Melvin Richter, Joe Richter, Christopher Richter, Kayla Grace Richter, Maise Richter, Chris Anne Richter, Terry Richter, Randy Richter, Bill Thornton, Benji Mason and Tommy Gallien.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Richter (Carol) and Tammie; his grandson Christopher Richter Columbia; and his great grandchildren, Kayla Grace Richter, Maise Richter and Chris Anne Richter. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Loretto Memorial Chapel (110 N Military St, Loretto, TN 38469). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
