She is survived by: her husband Larry Surtees; her daughters, Aniese Lindsey (David) and Crystal Richardson (Chaz); her siblings, J. R., Brent, Landon Earhart, Penny Nichols (Carlos) and Amanda Earhart; her grandchildren, Kayla Chadwick, Sean Young, Jordyn Young, Kaden Compton, Alyssa Richardson, Nathan Surface, Maci Richardson and Jensen Richardson; and her aunts, Ruth Cherry and Pat Hicks.
