She is survived by: her husband Keith Grizzard; her children, Zachary Grizzard (Piper) of Indian Mound, TN, Daniel Grizzard of Indian Mound, TN and Jenna Greene of Indian Mound, TN; her father Charles Burkhart; her brother Brian Burkhart (Stephanie) of Madisonville, Louisiana; and her grandchildren, Ryder and Iva Grizzard.
