John Tyson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 26, 2025, at the age of 74, John Tyson of Indian Mound, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Tyson and Dorothy Nell Lee Tyson; his daughter Angela Tyson; and his sister Tracie Newman. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Ranee Tyson; his children, Nikkie Hanna (Frank), James Tyson (Tracey) and Travis Tyson (Morgan); and his siblings, Phyllis Walls, Teresa Myers (Nick) and Scotty Tyson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hopewell Community Church (111 Riversbend Rd, Indian Mound, TN 37079). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Fairview Cemetery (215-201 TN-46, Indian Mound, TN 37079).
