He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mullins and Eula Byrd Mullins; his daughters, Pamela Mullins and Carol Mullins Armstrong; and his siblings, Billy Mullins, Janie Atkins and Lucille Mann.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Heflin Mullins; his daughter Tonya Welker (James); his grandchildren, Miranda Bolt Hickman (Jacob) and Trevor Bolt (Cheyenne); his great grandchildren, Willow Hickman and Cheyleigh Bolt; and his brother Bailey Mullins (Ann). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
