He is survived by: his wife Tonya Jack; his daughter Misty Stavely (Kat Wallace); his grandchildren, Jacob and Alexis Stavely; and his children, Ginger, Billy Jean, Dominque, Lacy, Marcus and Miguel. He is also survived by 12 brothers and sisters.
