He is survived by: his wife Melinda Forrester Bumpus of Hurricane Mills, TN; his children, Brian Keith Bumpus (Sheila) of Waverly, TN, Deana Latimore (Michael) of Memphis, TN and Crystal Hatley (Mark) of Burns, TN; his daughter-in-law Tracy Bumpus of Murfreesboro, TN; his sister Glenda Phelan of Murfreesboro, TN; his grandchildren, Ross Bumpus (Candice), Kasen Lee, Brenna Lee, Korie Lee, Parker Latimore and Owen Hatley; his great grandchildren, Charley and Emersyn Bumpus; and his niece Jobi Ellison (Phillip). He is also survived by Several Other Nieces and Nephews.
