He is survived by: his parent Kizzie Williams; his daughter Patricia Wilks of Murfreesboro; his brother Gene Williams of Fayetteville, GA; his nieces, Brenda Williams, Sharon Williams Hill and Velva Lawson Jones; and his nephew Stephen Frank Lawson.
