He is survived by: his wife Carol J. Lavigne; his children, Brandy Hick (Brandon) and John Chester Lavigne (Jayme); his mother Marian Marie Wener Lavigne; his grandchildren, Ava Hicks, Eve Hicks, Carley Hicks, Colton Lavigne and Shanon Lavigne; and his siblings, George Lavigne and Bonnie Kinkade (Dee). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
