He was predeceased by: his parents, Odas Lowe and Wanda Carroll Lowe; his daughter Lessa Lowe Hicks; his grandchildren, Jerica Davis, Jerimiah Robert Lowe, Angel Grace Lowe and Wade Lowe; his great grandchild Nathaniel Cain Chambers; and his siblings, Kendal, Roger, Carl, David Lowe, Lois Byrge, Faye Heath, Karen Alshire and Thelma Anne Lowe.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Sarnowski Lowe; his children, Ryan Lowe, Justin Lowe (Regina), Joshua Lowe (Kurstin), Wayne Lowe, Marsha Gunter (Chris), Samantha Lowe and Tina Morgan (Mikey); his siblings, Johnny Lowe (Jodi), James Lowe (Evelyn), Lonas Lowe (Lodina) and Parthina (Ray); and his close friend Loy Hatfield. He is also survived by Nanny; several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
