He is survived by: his wife Lilly Mae Lowe (Lawson); his children, Charles Daniel Lowe (Tina) and Wilma Lea Lowe; his granddaughter Ashley Kay (Ryan Sauls) of Crozet, Virginia; his siblings, Silas Lowe (Billie) of Smokey, Paul Lowe of Helenwood, Tennessee, Ruth Crabtree (L. B.) of Huntsville and Mary Compton of Somerset, Kentucky; and his sisters-in-law, Beatrice Lowe of Smokey Junction and Judy Ervin of Jamestown, Tennessee. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
