She was predeceased by: her parents, Mart King and Hattie King; her siblings, Jodie Morris, Tom King and Curtis King; and her husbands, Alec Vahle and Jason R. Upchurch.
She is survived by: her children, Allan Upchurch (Alice), Roger Upchurch (Henrietta), Deborah Upchurch-Howard and Robbie Upchurch (Jason). She is also survived by many grandchildren she adored; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
