She is survived by: her parent Lola Overton Davidson; her husband Jason Turner of Robbins, TN; her son William Burford of Louisville, KY; her grandson Carter Burford of Louisville, KY; her grandmother Vela Slaven of Williamsburg, KY; her brothers, Tommy Joe Smith of Virginia and Josh Shoopman of LaFollette, TN; and her niece Shakira Shoopman of Oneida, TN. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
