She was predeceased by: her husband Nelson Lowe; her children, Billy Lowe (Joyce) and Jennifer Louise Lowe; and also, Johnny Wayne and Roger Dean Lowe.
She is survived by: her children, Clem F. Low (Linda), Kern T. Lowe (Loretta) of Knoxville and Charlotte Hawn (Charles) of Wartburg; and her grandchildren, Buffeia Baird (Scott), Michelle Byrge (Larry), Shane Lowe (Judy), Douglas Low, Jennifer Treadwell (Todd), Jeff Low (Vivian), Tina Jones, Samantha Keane, Danny Smith (April), Kevin Smith and Misty Rose (Jamie). She is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; and many other friends and relatives.
