He is survived by: his children, Tyler (Megan), Sara (Ashley), Pauline Brooke and Katie Faith Massengale; his grandchildren, Levi, Kyson and Jonah Massengale; his siblings, Michael Massengale (Sharon) and Jeanie Martin (Shane); his daughter Donna Massengale; his mother-in-law Nelda Goodman; and his close friends, Jamie Bond, Chris Harness and Tim Phillips. He is also survived by relatives & friends from his lodge family.
