It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joyce Phillips Williams (Huntsville, Tennessee), who passed away on June 30, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Phillips and Dorothy Phillips; her brothers, Golman, Gaylon and Vaughn Phillips; and her son-in-law James "Eddy" Terry.
She is survived by: her children, Ted Williams (Valerie) and Diane Terry; her grandchildren, Billy Williams (Nikki), Tracy Williams, Justin Williams (Mary), Heith Terry and Blake Terry (Teshuah); her great grandchild Makayla Terry; her siblings, Darrell Phillips (Leonie) and Janice Childress; and her close friend Janetta Jeffers. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and friends.
