He was predeceased by: his father Convie Duncan; his brothers, Roger Duncan, Murrel E. Duncan and Jerry K. Duncan; his sister-in-law Wilma Phillips; and his parents-in-law, Polie and Mary Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Duncan; his siblings, Debbie Buttram (Mark) of Cherry Fork, Vanessa Hicks (Kevin) of Oneida, TN, Sharon Sutton of Lafollette, TN, Annette Owens of Lafollette, TN, Hilton Duncan (Barb) of Kentucky and Eugene Duncan of Robbins, TN; his siblings-in-law, Josephine Bowling (Arthur), Arnold Phillips (Jenny), Leroy Phillips and Molly Duncan (Teresa Duncan); and his close friends, Herb Smith, Jim Caldwell and Emmit Letner.
