She is survived by: her husband Carl Newport; her siblings, Rhondy Mason (Lois), Charles Mason, Arnold Mason (Anita), Charlene Hatfield (Bob), Maxine Wilson, Mattaline Newport and Alene Phillips (Zendell); her siblings-in-law, Judy Mason, Shelby Jean O'Neal and Roger Newport of James Newport; and her uncle Ancil Lowe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
