He was predeceased by: his parents, Ermon Ray Bell and Lizzie Della Young (Bell); his siblings, John Russell Bell, David Paul Bell, Jerry Milford Bell, James Richard Bell and Melissa Sue Young; his grandparents, Lee, Margaret Crabtree, Wilburn and Bessie Bell; his aunts and uncles, Irene Strunk, Glenna Collins, Dillard Crabtree (Janice) and Shirley "Shirl" Crabtree; and his brothers-in-law, Freeman Slaven and Maynard Huddleston.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian Bell; his children, Wilburn Ray Bell (Kelli) and Devonna Murphy; his stepchildren, Wes Stumbo, Hannah Lester, Dustin Stumbo, Teri Adkins and Brittany Stumbo; his grandchildren, Braden Murphy, Chris Murphy, Eric Bell, Emma Bell and Katelyn Dekrell (Bradon); his great grandchildren, Adison Murphy, Sophia Bell, Brooklyn Bell, Jack Dekrell, Cole Dekrell and Addaline Dekrell; his sisters, Wanda L. Davis, Betty L. Slaven, Linda Darlene Lee (Eugene), Brenda Huddleston and Shelva Jean Slaven (Wade); his aunts, Norma Jean Potter and Wanda Crabtree; and his uncle Ernest Crabtree (Dottie). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, many other family and friends.
