He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Phillips (Dustin), Tina Jeffers (Greg), Mark Watters, Mike Watters (Missy) and Chris Phillips; his grandchildren, Houston West, Beau Phillips, Elijah Phillips and Presley Phillips; his great grandchildren, Charlie Jeffers, Josiah Jeffers and Greyson Miller; and his brothers, Teddy Brumett (Kathy), Spencer Brummett (Brenda) and Kermit Phillips (Charlotte). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
