Derek Phillips Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Derek Phillips of Huntsville, Tennessee, born in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, who passed away on July 15, 2021 at the age of 36. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Sheryl Ann Abbott Garrett; his brothers, Chester Brian Phillips and Shannon Lee Phillips; and his grandparents, May Helen Phillips, Shirley Fry and Hermen Lee Phillips.
He is survived by: his father Chester Phillips; his fiancée Amy Chambers; his children, Alicyn, Brycen and River King; his stepdaughter Calee Chambers; his stepmother Tammy Phillips; his brothers, Cory Phillips (Megan Woodward), Travis Phillips, Herman Phillips and Josh Silcox (Angela); and his grandfather Harold Fry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends.
