He is survived by: his wife Carol Smith Phillips; his children, Kim Harness (Jackie) and Jeffery Phillips (Hattie); and his grandchildren, Jayce Phillips and Oaklynn Phillips. He is also survived by many other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other family and friends.
