She was predeceased by: her parents, Birdie Lowe and Isman Massengale; her husband William F. Hembree; her granddaughter Amanda Hembree; her great grandchild Dante Hembree; her siblings, Rose L. Lowe, Zada B. Fannon, Elmer Lowe and Arochers Lowe; and her sister-in-law Denise Lowe.
She is survived by: her children, Dean Hembree (Barbara), Teresa Miller (Bill) and Donna Lowe (David); her stepchildren, Roger Hembree (Gertrude) and Kathy Hardin (Tim); her siblings, Pansy Pemberton and Charles Lowe; and her cousin Pershia Newport. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
