We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2024, at the age of 91, Bobby Delmar Boyatt (Huntsville, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Boyatt and Lucy Marcum Boyatt; his wife Geraldine Foster Boyatt; his brothers, Willie, Carl (Virginia), James (Osa), Clay (Lois), Everett and Archie; his brother-in-law Joe Lee Stephens; his sisters, Maggie Kidd (Herbert), Kathleen Collins (Jim) and Faye Hicks (George); his parents-in-law, Howard and Minnie Simpson Foster; and his siblings-in-law, Harold Foster, Bill Claiborne, Dean Barger (Cliff), Mary Jane Foster and Lena Ryan.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Kay Reed (Stan), Bobby Russell Boyatt (Stephanie) and Jeffery Wayne Boyatt (Chrissie); his grandchildren, Rachel Boyatt Lynch (Gene), Jonathan Boyatt (Marcy), Sarah Boyatt Sexton (Matt), Eli Boyatt and Jessica Reed Opalinski (Alex); his great grandchildren, Jillian Lynch, Nancy, Lane, Elizabeth Boyatt, Trae, Amelia and Avian Sexton; his nephew Jody Ryan; his sisters, Shirley Reagan and Glennice Stephens; and his siblings-in-law, Raydene Boyatt, Clyde, Jerry Foster, Dessie Sexton (Dean), Jean Claiborne, Pauline Foster and Barbara Leffingwell (Larry). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Foster Crossroads Cemetery Fund.
