He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lay of Huntsville; his children, Teresa Boshears of Huntsville, Angie Woods (Daniel) of Oneida and Larry Lay (Kim) of Clinton; his grandchildren, Derek Boshears (Alichia) of Huntsville, Jordan Boshears (Cassie) of Huntsville, Justin Lowe (Beth) of Pikeville, KY, Bryan Lowe of Berea, KY and Tasha Neal (Dallen) of Oneida; his great grandchildren, Kolton Boshears, Jameson Lowe, Clay Neal (Tadpole), Madisyn Maney and Kylee Martin; his sister-in-law Betty Lay Ayers; his close friend Butch Chambers; and his pet Samson. He is also survived by many other relatives and close friends.
