He is survived by: his wife Thelma Lawson Silcox; his sister-in-law Carol Sue Silcox; his cousin Tomalee Fraley of Jacksboro, TN.; his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Lawson (Tammy), Benton Lawson, Howard Lawson (June), Wilma Jeffers (Claud) and Barbara Jackson (Tim) of Farmersville, Ohio.; and his nieces and nephews, Katy Ott, Derek Lawson, Pam Schilke, Michelle Massengale, Aaron Lawson, Mitchell Lawson, David Lawson, Lance Lawson, Debbie Marshall, Tyler Lawson and Hubie Duncan.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Four Oaks Funeral Home, Inc. - Huntsville (2889 Baker Hwy, Huntsville, TN 37756). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Norma Church Cemetery.
