He is survived by: his spouse Imagene Miller; and his children, Marla Kay Miller of Palm Bay, FL, Jeffrey Scott Miller, Michael Wayne Webb and Charles Travis Webb. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and several nieces & nephews.
