She was predeceased by: her parents, Olen Nicholas and Sarah Morrow Nicholas; her spouses, Fraizer Regan of Sheriff's Department and Frazier Reagan; her children, Curtis Blackburn, Cynthia Lynn Reagan and Donnie Blackburn; her siblings, Roger Nicholas and Doris Troxtell; and her father-in-law Cordell Reagan.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Sarah Bowling (James) and Amy Blackburn; her great grandchildren, Noah, Wyatt, Jayden Cali and Bentley; her siblings, Hank Nicholas of Kentucky and Brenda Keith of Kentucky; her uncle Billy Mellow of Ohio; her sister-in-law Wanda Jones; her nephew Ron Reagan; her great-niece Ashlie Lavery; and her great-nephew Dale Reagan. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, & family & friends.
