She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Slaven and Eva Slaven (Simpson); her former husband Rubin Privett; and her brothers, Roger, Lawrence and Jimmy Slaven.
She is survived by: her husband James Fitzgerald; her sons, Estil Privett (Renea) of Oneida and Dustin Privett (Sara) of Whitley City, Kentucky; her siblings, Clifford Slaven (Ollie) of Anderson, Kenneth Slaven (Madonna) of Maryville, Tennessee, Wilda Masunga (Gary) of San Jose and Donna Meece (Bobby) of Somerset, Kentucky; her sister-in-law Margie Slaven; and her children, Roger Fitzgerald (Angie), Sharon Woodward (Harry), Amy Day (Tim) and Tommy Fitzgerald.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the Pine Knot Funeral Home to assist with funeral expense.
