She was predeceased by: her parents, Polie Phillips and Mary Phillips; her former husbands, A. Y. Phillips and James Duncan; her stepsons, Kenneth Phillips and Harold Phillips; and her sisters, Wilma Jean Phillips, Thelma Edith Chitwood (Gurstle), Reba E. Bowling (Virgil), Judy Phillips (Wilbert) and Kathleen Phillips (Robert).

She is survived by: her husband Jimmie Caldwell; her siblings, Leroy Phillips, Arnold Phillips (Jennie) and Josephine Bowling (Arthur); and her close friends, Lois Terry and Lois Smith.

In Lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Annie Duncan Caldwell Memorial Fund.
