He was predeceased by: his grandmother Katy Davidson. He is survived by: his parents, Robbie Lowe and Susan Lowe; his son Noah Lowe; his stepdaughter MeKala Clark; his grandparents, Edmon, Elsie Lowe and Buddy Davidson; his sister Wendy Billingsly (Wesley); and his nieces, Ava Kate, Emma Claire and Jenna Leigh. He is also survived by other relatives, family and friends.
