He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Olbert and Lue Bell Miller. He is survived by: his daughter Hannah Marie Miller; his mother Mary Ann Miller; his sisters, Patricia Diane Hodges and Carol Miller; and his nieces and nephews, Courtney Penny, Justin Partin and Joseph Kelley. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
