She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewarl Louis and Mae Elvie McCurry (Nunley); her husband Duke "Sam" Bone; her children, Sammie Duke Bone and Sharon Bone; and her siblings, Jewarl McCurry Jr., Barney McCurry and Nellie Sue Grubb.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Bauer, Karen Brewer (Danny) and Francine Phelps (Kevin); her grandchildren, Angela Mitchell, Sharon Hamilton (David), Shannon Foster (Tami), Nick Foster (Fallon), Ava Nix (Colton), Jake Bauer (Sarah) and Hilary Clayton (Robert); and her great grandchildren, Kobe, Savannah, Jadyn, Bryson, Avery, Auna, Memphis Foster, Emma, Libby Mitchell, Ruby, Brooks Clayton, Kipley and Merritt Bauer.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Cumberland Funeral Home, Inc. (207 Mabee Ave, Monteagle, TN 37356). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
