He was predeceased by: his parents, B. O. Cook and Savannah Jean Cook; his wife Barbara Cook; his siblings, Robert Cook and Maxine Brazelton; and his brother-in-law Ernest Brazelton.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Williams (Bruce) of Huntland; his granddaughter Sara Johnson (Joseph) of Huntland; his great grandchild Caroline Johnson of Huntland; his siblings, Gerald Ray Cook (Lucy) of Winchester, George Kay Cook (Carolyn) of Huntland and Brenda Wilder of North Carolina; and his sister-in-law Mary Cook May of Huntland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
