He is survived by: his wife Nina Payne of Huntland; his sons, Dr. Mike Payne (Kaye) of Murfreesboro and Randy Payne of Tullahoma; his brother Bill Payne of Savannah; his granddaughters, Candace Newlon, Marla Letellier and Lindsay McIntyre; and his sons, Russ Morris, Doug Smith, Rusty Peters, Byron Mayes and Andy Green.
