He was predeceased by: his parents, George Williams of Washington and Price Stone Williams; his wife Loretta Payne Williams; and his siblings, Alvie, Kenneth, Ralph Williams, Estelle Mason, Delilah Williams, Annie Lou Brewer, Lorene Isbell, Gladys Watson Green and Lavonia Lee.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Williams Sanders and Johnny B. Williams; his grandson Brett H. Gilliam (Robin F. Gilliam); and his great grandchildren, Sara and Grace Gilliam. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
