With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Larry Gifford of Huntland, Tennessee, born in Winchester, Tennessee, who passed away on August 25, 2021 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lawrence Gifford and Mary Lee Watson Gifford; his brother Archie Wayne Gifford; and his grandparents, Witt, Dora Mae Watson, Jerry Lewis and Anna Green Gifford.

He is survived by: his daughter Kandy Rena Henson (Wally) of Tullahoma; his grandchildren, Kaleb Henson, Malachi Henson and Shiloh Henson; and his siblings, Dale Gifford (Allean Simmons), Danny Gifford of Huntland, Ruth Black of Huntsville, AL, Melissa Hughes of Huntsville, AL and Carlene Walker (Robert) of Huntsville, AL. He is also survived by several nieces; great-nieces and great-nephews.
