With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Claudie Vann of Huntland, Tennessee, who passed away on September 9, 2021 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Vann and Emma McClure Vann; his brothers, Oliver Vann and Doyle Vann; his son Gary Vann; and his sister Ruth Mitchell.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Owen Vann; his daughters, Delia Vann of Lynchburg, Ivy Vann of Tullahoma and Lacy Vann of Tullahoma; his stepsons, Chris Brogdon (Misty) of Belvidere and Jonathan Forster (Bridgett) of Huntland; his sister Betty Dixon (Joe) of Ardmore; his granddaughter Isabella Vann of Tullahoma; his stepgrandchildren, Jayden Brogdon, Jasmine Milstead (Ethan) and Emily Forster; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Juniper Milstead.
They would also request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Multi County Cancer Society at MCCSN 501 W Broad St, Decherd, TN 37324.
